Although graphics cards from AMD and Nvidia have different architectures, so not all of their specifications are directly comparable, some elements are.
And in general, all its components allow them to form an image of each potential performance.

The stipulations include the same memory configuration but a higher clock speed in the RX 5700 XT. However, AMD has adjusted its terminology for the RX 5700 series.
Cooling and Efficiency:
AMD achieved a 7nm compute node, catching up with Nvidia inefficiency. The RTX 2060 Super continues to be more efficient, with a lower TDP ( Thermal Design Power ) of 50w.
Though, none of the cards have high demands, as we have seen in previous generations, such as the Vega 64 and the Radeon VII.
Despite the lower-than-normal power consumption, the 5700 XT isn’t great. AMD’s use of their blower- type heatsinks is disappointing, leaving the card hot and noisy when a game has been running for a while.
While blower coolers. They have an advantage in systems with little airflow. It is hard to believe that anyone.
Who spends $ 400 or more on a graphics card does not have fans inside their computer to keep it cool.
Ray tracing and Image sharpening:
The original release of Nvidia’s RTX Turing focused on ray tracing and the hardware that enables it, rather than raw performance.
While we know today that RTX cards are great for any gaming task, they are still the only commercial GPUs with the new lighting standard.
Here are only a few games that support it, but the bottom line is that the RTX 2060 Super can do ray tracing. The RX 5700 XT is incapable… at least for now.
It can also offer Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) in supported games, improving image quality and frame rate.
AMD’s card can’t do it either, but it does have the new Image Sharpening and Fidelity FX effects.
Which promises an adaptive contrast focus and post-processing effect that improves image quality in a more extensive selection of games.
However, they do not have the frames per second enhancement of DLSS. AMD cards also offer a new anti-lag feature to make user input faster.
The 5700 XT might be significant:
The 5700 XT graphics cards based on AMD’s RDNA architecture are less potent than their newer Ryzen CPUs, but they aren’t bad either.
The5700 XT is priced competitively with the RTX 2060 Super and performs similarly, even faster in some cases.
If that were the full story of these GPUs, we’d give the AMD card the win. But it is not. The RTX 2060 Super offers entry-level ray tracing support and hardware-accelerated DLSS.
It also has a much better cooling solution. It is quieter and more efficient.
If you want raw power or the best high-end card AMD has to offer (with FreeSync for boot), the 5700 XT is the one for you.
Don’t bother with the Radeon VII. It’s too expensive for its poor performance. However, we suggest waiting for the aftermarket cards.
With their better cooling and potentially higher speeds, they could compete with the RTX 2070 Super.
